Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about bringing AI Storybook workshops to your school.

How do I apply for a workshop?
Contact us via email to discuss your school's needs. We'll arrange a call to understand your goals, student levels, and available time slots. Once confirmed, we handle all preparation — you just need a computer lab with internet access.
What does a typical workshop look like?
Workshops run 2–7 hours depending on the format chosen. Class sizes of 15–30 students work best. Each student needs a laptop or desktop with internet access. Our trainer leads the session on-site — teachers are welcome to observe or co-teach.
What formats can students create?
Students can create Canva flipbooks, narrated audio storybooks, interactive scrolling stories, digital newspapers, photo essays, and more. The format is chosen based on student level and learning objectives. Browse the gallery above for real examples.
Is there funding available?
Yes. Many schools fund workshops through the Quality Education Fund (QEF), Student Activities Support Grant, or their own STEAM budget. We can provide a quotation and supporting documents for your funding application.
What will students learn?
Students learn AI literacy, digital storytelling, visual design, and collaborative project skills. They use AI image generation tools responsibly, compose narratives, and publish a finished digital product they can share — all in one session.
Is AI safe for students to use?
We use carefully configured AI tools with content filters and guardrails. Students learn to use AI as a creative assistant — generating illustrations, refining text — while understanding its limitations. All AI interactions happen within our supervised platform.
